City Toyota | Environment
Toyota is leading the way in lowering emissions and improving fuel economy in gasoline powered vehicles. Not only did Toyota create the world’s first mass-produced petrol/electric hybrid car, but is also at the forefront of developing tomorrow’s fuel cell vehicles.
Here at City Toyota, our staff members are dedicated to keeping the local environment vibrant and healthy so that future generations can share the tranquil beauty of the Northern Rivers for years to come. We understand that every business decision made can impact the environment in one form or another, and we strive to make our professional decisions work towards minimizing our carbon footprint.
Here at City Toyota we echo this vision for a greener tomorrow in every service we provide.

National Tree Day
Every year City Toyota participates in the annual Planet Ark National Tree Day which is proudly sponsored by Toyota. Together with the wider community we spend the day planting trees and educating the younger community on the importance of respecting the environment. So far over 200,000 people volunteer every year around Australia and in 2011 over 1 million trees were planted.
